Overview

Xtremax partnered with Kitras and Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) launched Kitras Performance Platform, an AI powered solution built on Divebite for Enterprise, combining AI digital learning and patient feedback management to help Indonesian healthcare professionals build competencies, earn SKP credits, and validate care quality.

Challenge

• Medical professionals work in high-stakes environments where current knowledge directly affects patient outcomes, yet traditional training methods cannot keep pace with the demands of modern healthcare.
• Dense training materials and one-size-fits-all sessions lead to low engagement and poor knowledge retention.
• Internal hospital expertise is underutilised, because experienced staff who could teach lack an accessible platform to share their knowledge.
• Demanding clinical schedules leave little time for structured learning.
• Professionals struggle to track training they have already completed, self-assess their competency, find seminars relevant to their field, manage schedules, and pass post-tests, all of which are needed to obtain SKP (Satuan Kredit Profesi) credits required for practice licence renewal.
• Institutions have no reliable way to validate that learning actually translates into daily performance and patient satisfaction.

Digital Learning

• AI generated, bite-sized curriculum produced automatically from professional medical materials.
• A GenAI chatbot that answers questions on demand, grounded in related research and publications.
• AI generated quizzes, including a practice quiz for self-assessment and a final quiz to earn SKP.
• Online certification exams that can be taken anytime, anywhere.
• A participant mobile app paired with an administrator management portal, supported by a learning dashboard covering registered users, active courses, completion rates, upcoming events, most active users, most popular courses, and enrolment and dropout rates.

Feedback Management

• A QR code that directs patients to a secure, encrypted submission form.
• WhatsApp OTP confirmation to validate the patient and their mobile number.
• AI generated summarisation that turns large feedback volumes into insights instantly.

Result

The solution went to market with both modules operational. A digital learning module delivering AI generated curricula, quizzes, and SKP-eligible online certification, and a feedback management module using QR-code submission, WhatsApp OTP validation, and AI summarisation.

Divebite for Enterprise was demonstrated as a platform that can be adapted to a regulated vertical, in this case healthcare, reinforcing its positioning as a customisable AI learning platform for multiple industries.
