Leading cloud technology service provider, Xtremax, has announced two new senior personnel hires in their Singapore Headquarters to fulfil their expansion plans in Southeast Asia (SEA).

Dylan Swa has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer to drive growth for the company, reporting to Denise Kee, CEO. To support Dylan and lead the sales efforts in the region, Darrell Goh has also been appointed as Head of Sales, SEA and will report to Dylan forming a robust revenue growth team for Xtremax in the region.

Xtremax is an established driving force in the cloud and digital solutions space, and partner of choice for many government agencies and large enterprises. This injection of sales expertise and dynamism to upscale their business further adds to their focus to expand their footprint throughout the Southeast Asia region. The accelerating growth comes at a focal point in Xtremax’s development where their expertise branches out beyond government bodies, to enterprises in sectors such as finance, insurance, and healthcare, empowering these companies to undergo essential digital transformation, harnessing the potential of cloud technologies to upscale their businesses, improve efficiencies and deepen customer engagement.

“I’m delighted to have both Dylan and Darrell onboard to spearhead the growth of our company. As veterans in the technology sector, their experience and fresh insights have proven invaluable as we embark on the next chapter of our company’s exciting expansion plans in the region,” said Denise Kee, CEO.

Dylan brings with him over 15 years of sales experience in the technology sector, having worked at tech giants such as Salesforce and Google in the past decade. As Chief Revenue Officer, he provides strategic direction and oversight for all sales, marketing, product, and partnership initiatives across the four offices in the region.

“I’m excited to be a part of the Xtremax family. The team’s depth of expertise in cloud technologies, passion to innovate, and the strong customer-obsessed mindset were key to the company’s success in the public sector with milestone projects such as the Content Website Platform (CWP) and the Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) in Singapore. I look forward to working closely with the team to further grow revenue streams as we expand into new geographical markets and industries and broaden our product portfolio with innovative solutions to help accelerate our clients’ digital transformation,” said Dylan.

Added Darrell, who hailed from Yahoo and Salesforce and was part of the founding ASEAN team at Rackspace prior to joining Xtremax, “Southeast Asia continues to see a sustained growth in the adoption of cloud technologies and a blurring of lines between infrastructure and application modernisation. With our roots in applications coupled with the experience in developing and managing large complex cloud infrastructure projects, Xtremax is in a unique position to assist and value-add to organisations on differing stages of the cloud journey. A journey I look forward to taking our clients on to benefit their business, every step of the way.”
