Company Background
The Central Provident Fund is a social security savings plan for citizens old age.
Current Situation
CPF Board has a 3 different asset management systems developed on Lotus Notes platform. The platforms were rudimentary and functioned much like simple excel sheets.
Solution
Implemented an Asset Management Solution based on requirements consolidated from all 3 departments. Business logics and workflows were added to the system to make the asset management process more secured and regulated.
Upon the completion of the system, data from all 3 departments were migrated into the system. Data cleansing and maintenance operations had to be performed to ensure that the new system was fully functional. |
